Die forming
Armalit-1 is specialized in series production of die-forgings and finished metal products made of steel, bronze, brass, aluminium and titanium alloys. Using die forming technique, our experts produce the following products: T-joint, flanges, grate bars, bit bodies, side cutters, crankcases, discs, brackets, clamps. The company specialization assumes the possibility for production of die-forgings of any complexity.
Specialization:
- hot forging with maximum surface area in the parting of a die 320 cm2 and weight up to 20 kg;
- cold sheet-metal forming of parts with thickness from 0.5 to 10 mm;
- cutting of sheet rolled metal products with thickness from 3 to 20 mm and length up to 2 m;
- heat treatment.
The enterprise has its own die forging facilities fitted with up-to-date equipment, as well as tool maker shop providing manufacture of original production tooling for every order.
The following equipment is applied for die forming:
- two-crank hot-forging presses with 1000, 1600, 2500 ton force capacity;
- one-crank presses with 16, 40, 100, 160, 630 ton force capacity;
- press-scissors with 58, 63, 315, 800 ton force capacity;
- sheet crank shears;
- chamber gas furnace with draw-out hearth (max t – 1200 °C, batch weight – up to 2 t);
- electric furnace with draw-out hearth (max t – 1250 °C, batch weight – up to 3 t);
- quenching bath with jet bubbling (4100 mm х 3000 mm х 2300 mm).
